Try This Sure-Fire Welcome Email Sequence

Now, if you’re like many brands you’re probably constantly thinking of different ways to really leverage your digital content.

Maybe you’re wondering how you can set the foundation and gain some momentum going forward. Well, a sure-fire way to do exactly that is through email marketing.

But how do you connect with them immediately?

The answer is with a streamlined welcome sequence. Once someone subscribes to your email list, you don’t want to leave them hanging.

You want to truly welcome them into your community, with a solid welcome email sequence.

Yes, sequence – instead of having just one welcome email, why not stand out to your audience?

Go the extra mile, and show them a little bit more about what they can expect as one of your loyal subscribers.

Now, the first email part of your welcome sequence gives your audience a big welcome to your community. It thanks them for taking time out of their busy day to subscribe to your list. This email can also include a few interesting facts about your brand.

For instance – why you started and who you love to serve.

Lastly, this email should also include a link or file with your brand’s freebie. This freebie could be a resourceful PDF guide, checklist, or video. Whatever the case may be – you’ll want to include your freebie.

The second part of your welcome sequence can invite your audience to connect with you in other places online. Maybe they found you through Instagram, but they would also be interested in connecting with you on LinkedIn or YouTube – tell them where they can find you.

A good way to start this email is by nurturing your subscriber with an industry-related tip or advice. End it with a strong call-to-action to connect with you on other relevant channels.

Finally, the last email part of your sequence can re-iterate who love you love to serve and why. Afterward, proceed to get to know your subscribers a bit more.

Maybe step outside the box with a short survey or simply ask your subscribers to reply to your email with their biggest goals and needs in terms of how your brand can help them.

I hope these tips are helpful for you.
