I once carried around a camera bigger than me, chatting it up with strangers, politicians, educators, and community leaders convincing them to get on TV.

Hitting the city streets and country roads of Central and Southeast Alabama was my life as a TV news reporter for nearly 7 years. Writing, shooting, and editing my own stories – I did it all. It wasn’t until my last year, that I had an amazing photog to work with.

Besides my TV days, I self-published a poetry book and created a magazine (both print and digital). Oh, and I taught creative writing to local teens.

In 2019, I started using my experience to help businesses stand out with punchy words and videos. My portfolio includes content for a Shark Tank-featured company whose products have been sold at Walmart, Target, and Amazon!
