THE CLIENT
Krystal Clark is the CEO of Krystal Clark Creative, a company specializing in creative strategies for entrepreneurs and businesses. Krystal wanted to improve her email marketing efforts to engage her audience, nurture relationships, and ultimately boost brand loyalty.
THE CHALLENGE
Krystal needed a series of email campaigns that would speak directly to her audience, reflect her unique brand voice, and align with the goals of nurturing her subscribers while building brand awareness. She wanted to make sure the messaging was engaging and connected with her target audience while driving them to take action.
THE PROCESS
We started with a strategy session via video call, where we discussed the concept behind Krystal’s email campaigns, her brand voice, and the challenges her ideal clients were facing.
During this session, we clarified how her brand provides solutions to these challenges and how the email copy could reflect that. Once I had a clear understanding of her goals and messaging, I got to work writing the copy for her email campaigns.
The focus was on delivering valuable content that would nurture her audience and keep them engaged with her brand. Each email included strategically crafted preview text to pique her subscribers’ curiosity, encouraging them to open and read further.
